Minimum Application Requirements
Combined household income must be greater than, or equal to, 40 times the monthly rent. You must have a domestic bank account and provide proof of federal ID. You must also provide a landlord reference letter, employment reference letter and, if self-employed, a CPA letter.
Application Charge Terms & Conditions
Applicant acknowledges that payment of an Application Fee does not guarantee a unit and that Applicant must clear background and credit checks before entering into a lease. In addition, Applicant acknowledges that there may be other Applicants at the same time for the same unit. Applicant understands that in all cases, the Application fee is non-refundable.
In addition to the Application Fee, Applicants may be required to pay an Administrative Fee. This Administrative Fee is refundable should the Applicant be declined.
Deposit Disclaimer
Resident acknowledges that the security deposit shall be returned to the Resident upon the expiration of the term of the Lease Agreement, pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined in the Lease Agreement.
